At the outset, learned counsel for respondent No.2 submits that vide order dated 01.03.2023 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Karnal, the main complaint was dismissed as withdrawn in view of the compromise effected between the parties and, therefore, the present petition has become infructuous.
