Instant writ petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India has been filed for issuance of a direction in the nature of certiorari for quashing the order dated 10.01.2013 (Annexure P-1) passed by respondent No.1 whereby the time period for recovery of electricity charges has been reduced from seven and a half years to five years.
