The present petition is for grant of protection to the life and liberty of the petitioners at the behest of respondents No.4 to 8. 2.

It's a classic case, where the petitioners admittedly got married on 10.05.2018 and have been living happily, even against the wishes of their parents. It is only when the parents freezed their bank accounts which were being operated by the petitioners, the present petition has been filed which does not demonstrate any threat perception apart from making a submission that a representation dated 17.07.2023 (Annexure P-3) had been moved.

A perusal of the representation does not disclose any date or time or the mode of threat and a vague list of all the relatives i.e. father, mother, brother, cousin brother and brother of petitioner No.1 are named. It PARUL 2023.07.25 14:17 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

2023:PHHC:091674 CRWP-7119-2023 apparently seems that it is a financial dispute between the parents and their children which is now being sought to be redressed by exerting pressure on the respondents by filing this petition, which is devoid of any merit and does not demonstrate any threat perception.
