Learned counsel submits that the petitioners are seeking that the entrance gate of the venue for filing the nominations be videographed, the charges for which they are ready to bear. In this regard, they would file a representation to the respondents, which may be directed to be decided in a time bound manner, keeping in view the date of nominations is 2nd June, 2025. 2.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from Dr. Sagar Gagneja, ARCS, Moga, states that in case a representation is submitted today i.e. 29.05.2025, it would be decided within a period of 2 days, which satisfies the learned counsel for the petitioner.
