Pursuant to the order dated 27.08.2024, Superintendent of Police, Panipat has joined the proceedings virtually and states that report of the FSL has now been submitted and that out of the remaining witnesses, 06 have been given up and only 03 remains to be examined whose evidence shall be recorded positively on the next date of hearing before the Trial Court i.e. 13.09.2024.

In view of the statement made by the Superintendent of Police, Panipat, who has joined the proceedings virtually, the learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the present petition. However, she states that the Trial Court may be directed to expedite the matter. 3.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed off as not pressed with a request to the Trial Court to conclude the matter in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.

Disposed off accordingly. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
