**** HARSIMRAN SINGH SETHI , J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the present writ petition was filed for the re-fixation of pay as well as the releasing the retiral benefits but as of now only grievance which remains is that one month salary is still to be paid and the interest on the delayed release of the arrears for which, the petitioner intends to approach the respondents by way of filing representation and the petitioner will be satisfied, at this stage, in case a direction is issued to the respondents to decide the same by passing an appropriate speaking order in a time bound manner.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that in case, the petitioner files any such representation with the authority concerned claiming the said relief recorded herein above, the same will be considered and an appropriate speaking order will be passed by the authority concerned within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of such representation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that keeping in view the statement of learned State counsel, the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty to file a fresh representation with respondents as stated herein before. 5.
