Apparently, the direction has been issued in terms of Section 19 of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006, (MSMED Act, 2006), which mandates that no application for setting aside any decree, award or other order shall be entertained by the Court unless the appellant has deposited seventy five per cent of the amount of decree, award or order, as the case may be.
