Fetching grievance from the alleged indolent and lackadaisical approach of respondent No. 1 - State Information Commission in deciding his representation dated 27.10.2023, the petitioner has filed the instant writ petition seeking issuance of directions to the respondent(s) to supply him with the requisite information in view of the order dated 04.09.2023 passed by respondent No. 1.

On 17.09.2025, this Court passed the following order:- "Learned counsel for the respondent-State submits that District Revenue Officer, Mahendergarh, and Halqa Patwari concerned, today were called upon, to put up appearance before this court in deference to the direction issued by this the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 22.08.2024, and he informed that the information sought is from the Land Acquisition Authority, whereas, the Patwari, who is present in Court is the Revenue Patwari. Learned State counsel seeks an adjournment to seek DEVINDER YADAV 2025.11.14 11:08 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

CWP-18033-2024 instructions, and to file additional affidavit on behalf of the Land Acquisition Authority, from whom the information is sought. Adjourned to 12.11.2025.

Today, learned State counsel has filed an additional affidavit dated 11.11.2025 of Ms. Anupma Malik, Land Acquisition Officer, Urban Estates, Gurugram, which is taken on record. The additional affidavit is accompanied by Annexures R-1 and R-2, wherein becomes enclosed the requisite information sought by the petitioner. 4.

A copy of the additional affidavit along with Annexures R-1 and R-2 has been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner, who, after perusing the same, records her satisfaction.

Consequently, no further directions are required to be passed. Hence, the instant writ petition stands closed. 6.

Disposed of accordingly.
