(Oral) The direction regarding payment of due amount of compensation to the petitioner has already been issued vide order dated 06.10.2016 passed in CWP No.21001 of 2016. If the petitioner is entitled to more payment as a result of further enhancement in compensation, he is surely entitled to approach the Executing Court who shall take all lawful measures to ensure that the due amount is released without any delay.
