In case, it is conveniently possible to examine defence witnesses and hear arguments by physical process while adhering to all the safeguards as prescribed by Health Authorities, the same may be done by physical process. In case, it is not safe or convenient to do so, then possibility for hearing arguments through video conferencing be also explored as the learned counsel for the petitioner has expressed that the defence counsel representing the petitioner before the trial Court shall render utmost cooperation in every manner for early conclusion of trial.
