Prayer in the instant petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 to 4 to look into the grievance of the petitioner and his family members at the hands of respondent No.5 and for fair and impartial investigation in the representation dated 05.07.2021 (Annexure P-4). 2.

A reply dated 18.11.2021 was filed by the learned State counsel. The State has drawn the attention of this Court to paragraph 3 of the reply and submitted that both the parties were called to the police station and their statements were got recorded. On the basis of their statements, a report dated 21.09.2021 was prepared and thereafter consigned to the record room after the approval of the complainant and respondent No.2. 3.

In the circumstances, no further orders are called in the present petition and the same stands dismissed.
