Through the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 173 dated 19.07.2021, registered under Sections 147, 149, 323, 325 (added later on), 452 and 506 IPC, at Police Station City Ratia, District Fatehabad. Vide order dated 28.09.2021, ad interim anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioner.
! 28.09.2021 " Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Ramesh, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is not required for any further investigation.

In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 28.09.2021 granting ad interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner is made absolute, subject to the conditions envisaged in Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
