Vashisth, Sr. Panel Counsel for UOI (through video conferencing) **** SANJAY VASHISTH , J.(Oral) i) Present petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari, quashing the impugned show cause notice dated 28.12.2025 (P-5) refusing Renewal of Enlistment of Contractor for the cyclic period 2026-2032 and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom whereby the petitioner's firm has been arbitrarily debarred/banned for an indefinite period from future work. ii) At the outset, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner produced the final order dated 27.05.2026, passed pursuant to the aforesaid show cause notice. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition, with liberty to challenge the aforesaid final order dated 27.05.2026 through appropriate legal proceedings.
