Ms. Smriti Dhir, Advocate for respondent No.2. **** HEMANT GUPTA, J.(ORAL) The petitioner claims allotment of a dwelling unit as a resident of one of the 18 colonies, the inhabitants of which are required to be rehabilitated in terms of Chandigarh Small Flats Scheme-2006 framed for rehabilitation of slum dwellers. The claim of the petitioner shall be examined in terms of Division Bench judgment of this Court in CWP No.2317 of 2014 titled Dinesh Kumar and others v. U.T. of Chandigarh and others, decided on 22.12.2014, preferably within a period of 3 months.

In view thereof, the present writ petition is disposed of in terms of Dinesh Kumar's case (supra).
