  The instant 6th petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, for the grant of regular bail in FIR bearing No.82 dated 01.04.2021, registered under Sections 21, 21-C of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at Police Station Maqboolpura, District Police Commissionerate Amritsar. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has already been convicted, hence, the present petition has been rendered infructuous.
