**** KIRTI SINGH , J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 528 BNSS is for quashing of FIR No.110 dated 18.12.2023, under Sections 498-A, 406, 420 and 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Lambra, District Jalandhar along with all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.

At the outset, learned State counsel submits that the matter is still under investigation and challan is yet to be presented. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all pleas at the appropriate stage.
