Short reply by way of affidavit of Sameer Pal Srow, District Magistrate, Faridabad dated 15.9.2017 filed in Court is taken on record. The grievance of the petitioner-Bank is that the application filed by it under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002, has not been decided by the District Magistrate.

In the affidavit filed today, it has been stated that the application filed by the petitioner shall be decided on the next date of hearing fixed for the purpose.
