Mr. Abhimanyu Kalsy, Advocate, for the petitioner --- TRIBHUVAN DAHIYA , J. (Oral) This revision petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeking direction to the trial Court to expeditiously adjudicate the civil suit filed by the petitioner/plaintiff.

It has been argued by learned counsel that the petitioner is 90 years of age and therefore, direction to expedite the trial be issued. A perusal of the file shows that civil suit bearing CS No. 1925 of 2021 was filed only a year back.

No ground to issue any such direction is made out. Dismissed.
