RAKESH KUMAR JAIN, J Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner was at Serial No.2 in the result of the Interview and since the respondents did not pass any order in this respect, therefore, present petition for issuing a writ in the nature of mandamus was filed.

Today, learned counsel for the petitioner has informed the Court that a revised merit list for empanelment has been prepared by the respondents on 05.2.2016 from which the name of the petitioner has been removed and somebody else has been awarded the dealership, therefore, he prays for withdrawal of the present writ petition with liberty to challenge the said order also.
