Mr. S.S. Sarwara, Advocate for the petitioner. JASWANT SINGH, J (ORAL) The petitioner, who is working as Anganwari Worker, by filing this petition, has challenged the Memo dated 06.9.2016 (P.7) whereby a show cause notice has been issued to her. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

It is settled law that no writ would be maintainable against issuance of show cause notice being pre-mature. No ground is made out to interfere.
