(Oral) The grievance of the petitioners is that after revision of the pay-scales they have not been granted arrears w.e.f. 01.05.1990 and the issue in the present petition is squarely covered in favour of the petitioners in view of the judgments (Annexures P-2 & P-6). In this regard, the petitioners have issued legal notice dated 14.09.2014 (Annexure P-7) to the respondents but no decision has been taken thereon. Learned counsel for the petitioners states, that at this stage, the petitioners will be satisfied, if directions are issued to the respondents to decide the legal notice, referred to above.
