(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No. 58, dated 20.04.2018, under Sections 376, 506 IPC, registered at Police Station City Muktsar Sahib, District Sri Muktsar Sahib (Annexure P-1).

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Gurbaj Singh submits that the petitioner has been found innocent and thereafter, an untraced report has also been filed.
