CWP No. 24290 of 2016 The instant writ petition has been filed with a limited prayer for an early decision of the legal notice dated 10.07.2016 served upon respondent No.3.

It is contended that the petitioner was promoted as Senior Assistant (Accounts) on 09.01.2009 but was reverted by an order dated 23.01.2014. For the said period she worked as a Senior Assistant (Accounts), she was getting the salary of a Clerk whereas her entitlement would be for the salary payable to the post of Senior Assistant (Accounts). Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if a direction is given to the respondents for early decision of the legal notice already pending. CWP No. 24290 of 2016 -2In view of the limited prayer made, without going into the merits of the case, respondent No.3 is directed to decide the legal notice (Annexure P-2) of the petitioner by passing a speaking order in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
