CRM-M-30763-2026 -23.
Learned State Counsel on instructions from ASI Balwinder Singh, however, contends that the present petition is misconceived. The passport has already been recovered and has been taken by the petitioner on superdari from the trial Court itself. Besides, the present FIR has been registered on 06.05.2026.
4.
From the above, it is apparent that the present petition has been filed without complete instructions and on a misconception. No grounds are made out for issuance of necessary directions as the necessary documents have already been recovered and the same stand released on superdari to the petitioner.
5.
Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed. (VINOD S. BHARDWAJ) MAY 27, 2026 JUDGE Vishal Sharma Whether speaking/reasoned :
