Through the instant petition, the petitioner is seeking direction to the respondents to grant him premature release. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the plea for premature release of the petitioner has been rejected by the Governor of Punjab, therefore, he is required to assail that order so passed by the competent authority.

In view of the above, counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to re-access this Court on the same cause of action by impugning the order vide which his relief of premature release was declined.
