**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) Case is taken up for hearing through video conferencing. This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to respondents No. 2 and 3 to take legal action against respondents No. 4 to 7 and to conduct fair investigation in case FIR No. 263 dated 28.8.2020 under Sections 308, 336, 34 IPC and Sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act, registered at Police Station Tripri Patiala, District Patiala. Status report by way of affidavit of Deputy Superintendent of Police, City-II, Patiala has been filed through e-mail. Copy of the same is taken on record.

Learned State counsel as well as learned counsel for respondents No. 4, 5 and 7 submits that the cancellation report has already been moved by the SHO of the concerned police station to the Illaqa GURPREET SINGH 2021.03.01 17:04 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chadigarh Magistrate on 22.2.2021.

CRM-M No. 36120 of 2020 -2A perusal of the status report also reveals that the cancellation report has been moved by SHO, Police Station Tripuri, Patiala to the Illaqa Magistrate on 22.2.2021.

Keeping in view the above, the present petition has become infructuous and is disposed of accordingly.
