The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of order dated 14.05.2019 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Karnal whereby the petitioner was directed to deposit 20% of the amount of compensation.

There was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on 30.07.2019 and 01.02.2023. The position remains the same even today. 3.

The status of the complaint was got checked up from the E-Court portal, wherefrom it transpired that the appeal pending before the Additional Sessions Judge, Karnal, stands withdrawn by the present petitioner vide order dated 20.07.2022.

In view of the aforesaid, present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
