Present writ petition is for quashing the appointment of respondent No.3-Jaswant Singh made by respondents No.1 & 2 and to allow the petitioner, who was appointed as Peon on 05.03.2013, to continue in service.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner has already got issued legal notices dated 12.02.2016 (Annexure P4) and dated 30.10.2017 (Annexure P5) but the same have not been decided by respondents No.1 & 2 without any reason.

In view of the above, present writ petition is disposed of with the direction to respondents No.1 & 2 to take required action on legal notice dated 30.10.2017 (Annexure P5) by passing a speaking order expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
