RITU BAHRI, J. (ORAL) Appellants have come up in this appeal against the order dated 03.08.2010, passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Narnaul, whereby the petition filed by the respondent-Bijender Singh, for custody of minor children, namely; (i) Monika born on 30.11.1993; (ii) Sonika born on 20.04.1995 and (iii) Ravinder, was allowed. Since, the minor children, namely; Monika, Sonika and Ravinder, have attained the majority, the present appeal has become infructuous.

Dismissed as having become infructuous.
