PANKAJ JAIN, J. (ORAL) By way of present petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, petitioners seeking issuance of directions to respondents No.2 and 3 to protect their life and liberty at the hands of respondents No.4 to 6.
Notice of motion.
On the asking of the Court, Mr. Sumit Jain, Addl. A.G., Haryana appears and accepts notice on behalf of the official respondents. As per petitioners, they have married on 12.08.2022 against the wishes of respondents No.4 to 6, who happen to be the family members/ relatives of petitioner No.1 i.e. Kiran.
Both the petitioners have claimed themselves to be major relying upon their Aadhar Cards indicating that petitioner No.1-Kiran is 14.07.1998 born and petitioner No.2-Raman is 20.12.1998 born. Without commenting on the legality and validity of the marriage, I deem it DEEPAK KUMAR 2022.08.22 18:59 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
CRWP-7938-2022 -2appropriate to direct respondent No.2 (Superintendent of Police, Bhiwani) to look into the the representation dated 13.08.2022 (Annexure P-3) submitted by the petitioners.
Keeping in view the fact that both the petitioners claim to have married, I think that if possible, respondent No.2 may call a meeting of the petitioners as well as respondents No.4 to 6 in his presence, so that the parties get rid off their ill feelings and live amicably. The petition stands disposed off.
