The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus to the official respondents for effecting the release of detenue, namely, Harpreet Kaur, with certain other prayers made in the present petition.

The same is taken on record. It has been mentioned in the said status report that the alleged detenue Harpreet Kaur is married SANDEEP GROVER 2023.07.26 09:01 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment.

2023:PHHC:094226 to respondent No.4-Pyara Singh and that she is residing happily with him only. The statement of detenue Harpreet Kaur is also recorded and in which she has stated that she has married to respondent No.4-Pyara Singh and she is residing with respondent No.4 with her free will and voluntarily.

In view of the above, the present petition is rendered as infructuous.
