Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though, notice of motion has been issued in the present petition on 30.08.2018, but the petitioners will be satisfied in case directions is given to respondent No.2 to decide the representation dated 09.08.2017 (Annexure P-4) by passing an appropriate order.

Learned State counsel submits that he has no objection to the said prayer and further submits that in case the said representation dated 09.08.2017 (Annexure P-4 ) is still pending consideration, the same will be decided within a period of eight weeks from today by passing appropriate speaking order,.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that keeping in view the statement of learned State counsel, the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further. 4.
