-.- JAISHREE THAKUR J. (ORAL) The instant writ petition has been filed seeking to challenge the order of reversion as passed against the petitioner. The primary grouse of the petitioner was that the order had been passed without giving him due opportunity of hearing.

Reply has been filed in the instant matter and as per the said reply, order of reversion stands withdrawn on 15.11.2017. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner does not press the instant petition, considering the fact that order of reversion stands withdrawn.

Dismissed as not pressed.
