The present revision petition has been filed for setting aside order dated 30.01.2023 passed in CWP-26685-2022, whereby, respondents were directed to decide the representation filed by the petitioner. 2.

In compliance of order dated 30.01.2023, affidavit of Mr. Siddarth Dahiya, Estate Officer, HSVP, Faridabad dated 14.10.2024, along with Annexure R-1 to R-4 has been filed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that order dated 30.01.2023 passed in CWP-26685-2022 has now been complied with. 4.

In view of the same, the contempt is purged and rule is discharged.

All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, are also disposed of.
