consider the claim of the petitioners for regularization, who are working under the Central Government Scheme.

Learned Senior counsel for the petitioners submit that in wake of stand taken by Union of India-respondent No.68, in the written statement dated 17.08.2020, they be granted liberty to submit a detailed representation before the respondents, taking all pleas that may be available to them in accordance with law, which may be directed to be decided in a time bound manner. 4.

Learned State counsel has no objection to the limited prayer made. 5.
