*** The case has been taken up through Video Conferencing. This 2nd petition for regular bail has been filed by petitioner Jugraj Singh, who according to the prosecution story was found in possession of contraband amounting to commercial quantity. His petition for regular bail bearing CRM-M-13462 of 2020 was dismissed vide detailed order dated 3.7.2020. There has not been any change in the circumstances since then. Further more physical hearings in the District Courts have since got resumed. This petition is doomed for failure and is dismissed accordingly.
