**** ANOOP CHITKARA, J. (ORAL) Learned State counsel submits that in the preliminary enquiry, they found the matter to be civil in nature and certainly not a fit case for registration of FIR even in the light of Lalita Kumari's judgment.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take all remedies including filing of a civil suit as well as filing a criminal complaint.

Given above, the present petition is disposed of having been withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
