(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of directions to Respondents No. 1 to 3 for taking appropriate legal action including lodging of FIR against the private respondent No. 4 as per representation / complaint dated 27/03/2023 (Annexure P-1) under Sections 90/376/354(C)/386 /406/420/506 IPC read with Sections 66E / 67A of the Information Technology Act, duly received by the respondent No. 2 on dated 31/03/2023; AND also to transfer the investigation and hand it over for free, fair and further investigation to some Senior, Women Police officer not below the Rank of Superintendent of Police.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. At the very outset, learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Mandeep Kaur, informs this Court that pursuant to DIVYANSHI 2024.11.28 16:39 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M-35384-2023 (O&M) - 2the complaint/representation dated 27.03.2023 (Annexure P-1) filed by the petitioner, FIR No. 90 dated 13.10.2023 has been registered at Police Station Women, District SAS Nagar against the accused person. Learned counsel for the State further informs that challan in the above said FIR has been filed on 08.01.2024; and charges have been framed on 26.04.2024.

In view of the above statement made by learned counsel for the State, present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.

However, in case anything survives, liberty is granted to the petitioner to revive the same within 4 weeks from today, if so advised.
