CORAM:

HON'BLE MRS. JUSTICE ARCHANA PURI Present:- Mr. Dinesh Arora, Advocate for the applicant. Respondent-in-person.

***** ARCHANA PURI, J. (Oral) During the course of the submissions, it came to the notice of the court that the address mentioned in the memo of parties, relates to the parental address of the applicant. Whereas, in paragraph No.6 of the application, it is stated that she is residing in a rented accommodation, along with her minor child at Faridabad.

However, counsel submits that the address was obtained from the divorce petition as well as Aadhar Card of the applicant. In the given circumstances, he intends to withdraw the present application, with liberty to file afresh, thereby giving the address, as per the Aadhar Card and also the address of her rented accommodation, where the applicant is residing, at present.
