Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to the respondents to complete the investigation in case FIR No. 461 dated 19.09.2017, registered under Sections 307, 341, 324, 148 & 149 IPC at Police Station Civil Lines, District Police Commissionerate, Amritsar. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that an FIR was registered under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and investigation has not been completed against some of the accused persons, though challan was presented against four accused only. For that purpose, petitioner made representation dated 15.07.2019 (Annexure P2) to respondent No.2-the Commissioner of Police, Amritsar, but the same has neither been decided nor any action has been taken thereon. Notice of motion.
