The present petition has been filed under Section 482 CrPC for quashing the FIR No.320 dated 29.05.2019 registered under Sections 323, 34, 506 IPC (Sections 325 and 201 IPC added later on) at Police Station Samalkha, District Panipat.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to raise all pleas before the trial Court at appropriate stage.
