Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, inter alia, for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus to direct the respondents for issuing third waiting list to fill-up the vacant post(s) of Hindi Master / Mistress in Backward Class Category, advertised vide Advt. dated 20.11.2015 (P-1).

At the outset, learned counsel, on instructions from petitioner, submits that his grievance has been redressed, therefore, he does not want to pursue the present petition any further.

Disposed off accordingly.
