The petitioner has approached this Court by way of instant writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to keep one plot reserved for her out of the Plot Nos.291, 483 to 488 situated in Sector 45, Gurgaon which are subject matter of E-auction scheduled to be held on 29.11.2016 (Annexure P-10) and further directing the respondents to exchange her plot bearing Plot No.337-T, Sector 21, Urban Estate, Gurgaon measuring 634 sq. yards as the dimensions of the plot in question are not uniform and it is not feasible to regularize as the same is having 5 angles/corners and is not constructible. 2.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter regarding the irregular dimensions of the plot has been referred by the Estate Officer-I, HUDA, Gurgaon to the Chief Administrator, HUDA, legal Sonia Kinra 2016.11.29 15:35 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document High Court, Chandigarh

Civil Writ Petition No.24372 of 2016 -2- ----- Cell, Panchkula for taking appropriate action. It was submitted by learned counsel that the present writ petition at this stage is premature and he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to approach this Court as and when need arises. 3.

Dismissed as withdrawn. It shall, however, be open to the petitioner to take recourse to the remedies as may be available to her, in accordance with law.
