Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.116 dated 16.07.2021, registered at Police Station Division No.2, District Pathankot, under Sections 323, 324, 452, 506, 148 and 149 IPC and Sections 326 and 450 IPC (added subsequently) (except for Sections 326 and 450 IPC, the petitioner is already on bail). Vide order dated 06.10.2021 passed by a Coordinate Bench, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join investigation.
