(Oral) The petitioner questions the eligibility of respondent No.5 to contest the election of Sarpanch of Gram Panchayat of village Jamalgarh, Block Punhana, District Mewat. Since the petitioner has already filed an election petition questioning the said election, we are of the considered view that factual issues raised in this petition can be effectively gone into by the Tribunal in those proceedings. However, taking into consideration all the attending circumstances, the Election Tribunal is directed to expedite the disposal of the election petition preferably within a period of six months from the date of its filing.
