SURYA KANT, J.(ORAL) The relief sought in the instant writ petition is that the petitioners fall within the category of 'Oustees' and are entitled to allotment of a residential plot under the 'Oustees Policy' read with Full Bench judgment of this Court in CWP No.22252 of 2016, decided on 22.11.2017 (Rajiv Manchanda and others vs HUDA, Panchkula and others ). [3] The above-stated relief is sought on the premise that the land of the petitioners situated within the revenue estate of Village Bahadurgarh, District Jhajjar, fully described in para 2 of the writ petition was acquired by State of Haryana vide Award Nos.1 and 3, dated 24.04.1998 and 21.05.1998, respectively. It is further averred that similar controversy stands resolved by this Court in CWP-11670-2017 (Sarita vs State of Haryana and others) decided on 23.04.2018 (Annexure P-9).
