The grievance of the petitioner is that he is neither being paid the salary regularly nor any increment has been given to him though he has been working with the respondents since 1994.

In this regard, the petitioner has submitted representation dated 14.07.2014 (Annexure P75) to respondent No.3 but no action has been taken so far.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that at this stage, the petitioner would be satisfied if a direction is given to respondent No.3 to decide the representation in a time frame.
