**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) There is no representation on behalf of the petitioners today. Same was the situation on the last date of hearing i.e. 24.05.2022 and also on 28.08.2019.

It has been pointed out by the learned State counsel that by way of the instant petition, the petitioners are seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari quashing the seniority list dated 31.08.2017 (Annexure P-6); that vide order dated 07.12.2017, the petitioners have already been adjusted as Junior Basic Teachers (JBTs), Guest Teachers, in District Gurugram and that the seniority list will be prepared as per their respective Districts.

Be that as it may. Since, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners today, it appears that they are not interested in pursuing the present petition.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.
