*** RAKESH KUMAR JAIN, J. (ORAL) This petition is filed by the unaided temporarily recognized schools who have the grouse that the respondents are accepting the form and fee for the purpose of affiliation from the permanently recognized schools only.

Learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that the petitioners' schools would be given temporarily affiliation as the schools are temporarily recognized.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is satisfied with the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondents and in view thereof, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to grant temporary affiliation to the petitioners' schools for 8th Class on production of temporary recognition from the Government and after accepting the requisite form and fee.
