Keeping in view the aforesaid submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.

3.1 Let the aforesaid fresh writ petition be filed within a period of two weeks from today, failing which, the same shall not be entertained by the Registry.
